A: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, functional movement done at high intensity. The goal at Strange CrossFit is to insure that you will be physically prepared to meet all of life’s demands.
Q: Is CrossFit for me?
A: CrossFit is for everyone! The benefit of CrossFit as a training program and methodology is that it can be modified so that all fitness levels can become fitter and healthier.
Q: Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
A: Nope. CrossFit is for all levels of fitness- whether you're an elite athlete or have never worked out in your life.
Q: What does it cost to be a member at Strange?
A: We have a variety of packages that can suit your specific goals- sign up for a free consultation with one of our coaches so we can help!
Q: I've heard that CrossFit is dangerous, is it?
A: CrossFit done correctly is not dangerous. We have an introductory program called Groundworks designed to teach you how to move in a manner that will keep you safe and healthy going forward as a CrossFit athlete.
Q: Do you have showers or parking?
A: Yes- at Strange CrossFit we're pleased to have some of the best amenities at gyms in the LA area. Between our shower, abundance of parking and constantly stocked fridge of recovery beverages we have everything you need.
