Class Descriptions



CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.


Engine is a metabolic conditioning class designed to complement your CrossFit training. You will optimize your cardiovascular performance - without picking up a barbell. Engine utilizes equipment like kettlebells and dumbbells with a focus on moving consistently and intensely for the majority of the hour-long session.

Olympic Weightlifting

This class focuses on the two Olympic lifts - the snatch and the clean & jerk - and the accessory movements necessary to improve your strength and efficiency in these movements. Oly training will improve your speed, power and agility, and help you develop as a more well-rounded CrossFit athlete.


Learn to lift Atlas stones, carry a yoke, flip tires, and lift other odd objects. Strongman is a fun and challenging class that helps athletes develop truly functional strength for challenges in and out of the gym.



Groundwork is a one-on-one, three session series designed to help new athletes learn all movements used in our CrossFit program. Coaches will assess your current abilities and prepare you to safely and confidently participate in our workouts. This is a fantastic opportunity to determine your health and fitness goals, and get to know our coaches and community. After completion, you will have access to our full schedule of classes.


FlexRX is all about recovery! Participants are guided through stretches and mobility work intended to prevent injury and improve flexibility and stability. Proper recovery and movement mechanics are key elements of training.


Our newest class is designed for athletes of all levels to develop the strength and agility to master key CrossFit movements including pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups and handstand walking.
